At Gentle Teach, your safety and wellness are our top priorities—because you and your team deserve nothing but the very best. As your local partner in CPR training, wellness programs, and nutritional education, we are committed to building healthier communities from the inside out.

One of our core initiatives, L.Y.R.I.C. (Lead Youth Right Into Change), empowers young people and their communities by promoting health and wellness through American Heart Association CPR training, holistic nutrition classes, and hands-on learning experiences in organic juicing, vitamin education, and gardening.

Our vision is to foster lifelong habits of wellness, increase CPR awareness, and encourage community accountability—creating spaces where youth and families can grow, heal, and THRIVE.

Mitchell Jackson

Director of Sales

Mitchell Jackson is a highly motivated Director of Sales with 20 years of extensive customer service , sales , business development, and major market expansion.

He combines his entrepreneurial drive with business-management skills to drive gains in revenue, market share, and profit performance. He clearly communicates strategic sales vision, effectively trained, and coached both veteran and junior sales team members, and cultivated excellent relationships with new prospects and existing customers.

Mr. Jackson has turned around lagging operations and prepared companies for fast growth and profitability. He is an outgoing sales professional with a track record of driving increased sales, improving buying experience, and elevating the company profile with target door-to-door sales marketing.

He is diligent about keeping merchandise presentable to maximize business revenue. Effectively demonstrate products, overcome objections, and close sales. Persuasive in negotiating contracts and diplomatic in communicating with customers to build long-term memorable productive relationships.

With 20 years of experience as Director of Sales with Lyric Sales, LLC; he has decided to embark on the entrepreneurial journey with Gentle Teach, LLC. His passion for sales, customer relations, and versatile rapport with a vast variety of businesses and personnel countrywide; will afford him the ability to build a customized sales branch that shares the founder’s vision as well as share in his vision for the future of Gentle Teach, LLC.

Krystle Jackson

CEO

Krystle Jackson is a Certified Medical Assistant, Phlebotomist, National/Missouri licensed paramedic, and intake clinician with extensive and exceptional medical/mental health experience and hands-on training.

She is also a Certified Pro-board and Missouri Firefighter with multiple certifications in physiology, phlebotomy, and comprehensive crisis management.

Additionally, she is a graduate of Georgetown University with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, a Paramedic Certification from the CHEMS Academy Paramedicine Program, and a Medical Assisting Diploma from the Everest Institute.

Krystle is also a certified American Heart Association Trainer Faculty, BLS Instructor, and Heartsaver Instructor. Her experience as a Firefighter for Berkeley and Prince George’s County Fire Departments, the Psychiatric Institute of Washington, and Georgetown University’s Department of Psychology as an Intake Clinician, Phlebotomist, and Clinical Assessment Center Coordinator has led to the development of Gentle Teach LLC. 

Valerie Brown

COO

Valerie Brown has been a business owner for well over 30 years. Her businesses are The Organizer LLC and Legacy Solutions, LLC. The Organizer LLC’s sole purpose is to organize, motivate, steer, and lead small businesses to success. Legacy Solutions LLC’s sole purpose is to structure individuals financially through financial education and credit knowledge.

She is well versed in Business Management Administration from a service business perspective as well as a healthcare business perspective. She continued her studies in Business Management as she attended Harris Stowe State College. 

She received her medical training from St. Louis Community College as a medical transcriptionist and Patient Access Representative at St. Louis University Hospital. During her medical training, she received more medical knowledge by using IC9/CPT coding. Valerie’s strong background in business afforded her to manager, mentor and business coach. She received her Human Resources Certificate from St. Louis Community College, She received her Associates in Computer Programmer and Business Administration from Sanford and Brown College, a double major. She further her education in her field and received her Bachelors in Business Administration from Strayer University. 

Her experiences such as: 

  • Design and implementation of business strategies plans and procedures

  • Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth 

  • Established policies that promote company culture diversity 

  • Oversee daily operations of the company and work well with executives  such as IT, Marketing, Sales, Finance etc. 

  • Lead employees by encouragement, maximum performance and dedication 

  • Evaluate performances by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics 

  • Participated in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.) and managed relationships with partners/ vendors in fundraising ventures.

These accomplishments have afforded her the position as COO of Gentle Teach, LLC. 

Her humility, patience and love for people came from her love for God. She accepted her call in the ministry, attended Theology Training from Western Bible College in which she received her Pastoral Counselor award. She traveled abroad to Dimona, Israel, to further her theology knowledge where she attended The School of the Prophets Institute of Jerusalem. She received “Servant Leader Extraordinaire” and “The Great International Religious Conspiracy” awards. Her travels to New Jersey, were she attended Mercer County College where she was awarded her CPP (Certified Payroll Professional). She also attended Independent Career Institute Real Estate Training School and received a Certificate of Completion. 

She furthered her education and received many certificates such as:  Certificate of completion in ADP; Licensed Notary, Certificate of Completion in Report Smith; Guide to Human Resources; Sharpening Business Writing skills, Fundamental of Finance and Accounting; Interpersonal Communication of Human Behavior; and Grant Writing. During her education, her Accounting I, II, and Integrated Accounting assisted her in making concrete decisions in many financial and legal matters. She also received many awards such as Organizing Chaos, Outstanding Workers Certificate, and Statistical Data Retrieval.
